About Erzhena Lygdenova, DAc, LAc

Erzhena Lygdenova, DAc, LAc, is an accomplished acupuncturist at Erzhena Acupuncture,  with offices in Brighton Beach and Midtown in New York City. Licensed to practice in New York State, Erzhena welcomes patients to find true harmony and balance through her holistic and integrative modalities. 

Erzhena received her master’s and doctorate in acupuncture from the Pacific College of Health and Science in the Financial District of New York City. She specializes in Women’s Health, Fertility, Pain Treatment, and Sports Medicine. In addition to acupuncture, Erzhena is a certified yoga teacher trained at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York. 

Erzhena, also known as “Pearl,” believes that integrating Eastern and Western medicine is the best approach for optimal health of our mind, body, and spirit. 

It is said that pearls symbolize generosity, integrity, peace, and purity, qualities that Erzhena embodies in her practice. Her passion is to create a calming, peaceful, compassionate environment for all to heal.
